The Museo de Arte Moderno de Buenos Aires is proudly building a family of art collectors, patrons and philanthropists who are interested in promoting Argentinian art and cutting-edge artistic productions.

Our patrons are a community of enthusiastic people committed to the management and institutional development of the museum. They provide their support to artistic and cultural projects that are in need of public and private funding.

Their donations are used for special exhibitions and to strengthen our collection. Patrons can also choose how to allocate their contributions, selecting from a range of specific artistic projects and activities, including:

• Organising special exhibitions
• Producing publications to accompany exhibitions and to disseminate the museum’s research
• Restoring works of art
• Carrying out research on the museum’s collection

There are four categories in the patronage programme: Philanthropic patrons, outstanding patrons, important patrons and sponsors.

Supporting the Museo Moderno through its Patrons of the Arts Programme helps fund the creation of first-rate artistic projects and contributes to enriching the museum’s collections and publications and ensuring they are made available to the public. In short, collaborating with the museum helps it fulfil its institutional mission to be the leading museum for modern and contemporary Argentinian art, and to stand as a home for its artists.
