cultural patronage law

CULTURAL PATRONAGE LAW / CULTURAL PARTICIPATION LAW (Government of the City of Buenos Aires)

Companies that pay gross income tax in the City of Buenos Aires can support our projects and receive a deduction of up to 80% of their total contribution and gain access to a substantial program of special brand partnership benefits and the opportunity to develop important exclusive experiences with the Museo Moderno.

We have now opened the invitation to participate in the creation of the new Museo Moderno Library and Visual Arts Research Center, which will complete the construction of the new Museo Moderno, transform our guests’ experience, and create an invaluable legacy for the City of Buenos Aires.

The creation of the new library will be accompanied by a significant publishing and audiovisual program that will contribute to the literature on the history of modern and contemporary Argentine art. Included among the works to be published is the first collection of art books for children to be produced by a museum in Argentina and Latin America. It will become an international reference and will be accompanied by a toolbox for teachers that will be freely accessible online.

The Museo Moderno’s new library will become the heart of the museum and will be nurtured by the important year-round programming that attracts our more than 250,000 visitors annually, making a strong social impact on our community.
