Plan your visit

Enjoy the museum and exhibits while taking all the necessary precautions given the current context.

  • To visit the museum, you can go directly to reception to purchase an entrance ticket, or you can make a reservation online, indicating the date and time you would like to visit. As an exception, group reservations are allowed for up to 4 people, as long as they are from the same household.

  • Your temperature will be taken upon entry and the use of a mask that covers your mouth and nose is required at all times during your visit. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the museum, whenever you need it.

  • Our team is ready to take care of you during your visit; we will maintain a safe social distance of two meters at all times, and respect the maximum capacity of each of the spaces of the museum. Please pay careful attention to the indications on the signage and those given by museum staff.

  • The locker / cloakroom service is not available at this time, so we recommend visiting the museum visiting the museum with small and lightweight bags.

  • Please use the stairs to move between floors of the museum so that we can reserve the use of the elevators for those who need them.

  • You can also enjoy our new outdoor café and visit the bookstore to purchase books on the artists who interest you.

* When purchasing items from the café or store, we recommend avoiding cash transactions and paying via card.
