Adrian Aguirre is a muralist and plastic artist. He was born on April 23, 1993 in the southern area of the city of Buenos Aires. He began his path in the plastic arts at the Lola Mora School of Fine Arts where he studied and graduate as Visual Arts teacher. He is currently finishing his philosophy degree at the University of Buenos Aires. Despite his young age, he has participated in group shows and contests. We can mention that he was one of the winners in the BADA young art call in its 2021 edition. He obtained the first prize for pictorial production in the annual contest of the Legislature of the City of Buenos Aires in 2022 and the second prize Legislature of the City of Buenos Aires in the years 2017 and in 2013, and an honorable mention in the year 2012. In turn, between the years 2010-2011 he was awarded a scholarship by the program of artistic scholarships “Proyectarte”.
As a muralist from 2021 to the present, he was part of the “Adolescence Program” of the government of the City of Buenos Aires, giving a community muralism workshop in the Barrio de Villa 20. He participated as a muralist in the “Emerging City Festival” in its edition He also travelled as a muralist to the “Peru Wayna” muralism meeting in 2017. And from 2015 to 2019 he was a member of the community muralism collective MACA (Museo A Cielo Abierto).
