Fundación Williams

Fundación Williams is a non-profit organization created in 1943 by Thomas J. Williams and Ana King Williams with the aim to promote the development of science and culture in Argentina. Fundación Williams focus on people and organizations that are professionally dedicated to science and culture. By science we mean the creation and exchange of knowledge that takes place in the country’s institutionalized scientific system. We prioritize basic sciences, natural sciences, and life sciences. In the cultural area we work in visual and performing arts, literature, libraries, archives, and museums. In its 80 years of work, Fundación Williams has made countless contributions to people and organizations with the aim of improving the well-being of the country through the expansion of knowledge and the development of culture.
