Wüsüwül Wirka a pana (N. G. Daniel Huircapan) belongs to the Günün a küna Indigenous People (colloquially Pampas Hets and northern Tehuelches). He was Representative of the national Indigenous Participation Council for the Province of Chubut (2012-15). He was part of the Territorial Survey of Indigenous Communities of Chubut (2013-15). He was part of the Tehuelche Languages Revitalization Program (2014). He is a founding member of the “Carlos Martínez Sarasola” Indigenous Languages Committee of the PEN Center (Poets, Essayists and Narrators) Argentina. He is a Bilingual Indigenous Writer with four literary works in this style. He works as a Translator-Interpreter in Indigenous Languages and a professor at the CUI (University Language Center).
