Julieta Proto, visual artist, was born in 1996 in Buenos Aires, Capital Federal; where she still resides. She completed a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts at UNA. She works in the Upper Floor workshops, in Villa Crespo. She was part of the ArtistsxArtists program of the El Mirador Foundation in 2020. She is currently part of the team of the Astica OTAV Painting chair at the UNA. She opened her first solo show “”The C Girls”” on July 8, 2023 along with Valerie at Barrakesh.
Among her most recent exhibitions, Como Debes Imaginame, Valeries Factory at the Elina Molineli Contemporary Art Space, Mendoza, stand out. Participation in the exhibition “Everything fits”, closing of Gimena Macri’s painting workshop. Her successful participation in the Arteba, Utopia 2022 fair. She is currently conducting a work clinic with the artist Pablo Siquier.
