Franco Menacho was born in 2000 in the province of Salta, he studied photography in 2019, graduating as a comprehensive photographer. He conducted different workshops related to contemporary photography, painting and alternative media. In 2021 he was selected for the Bahía Blanca Photography and Moving Image Festival with his work “”Allá Afuera””. Also during that same year he participated in the Museo De La Adolescence’s digital fanzine “”Lo Que Creo”” with photographs from his Rojo series (2019). In August 2022 he was part of the exhibition “”El corazón es la forma”” at the Rayuela Art Space, under the coordination of Cecilia Azniv Lutufyan and Ivana Salfity. He was selected for the XLII edition of the Provincial Hall of Visual Arts of Salta in the installations and alternative media category with his work “Love is a bow without an arrow.” Like him, he was also selected to be part of the project “” BOOM! Young Art”” to be held at the Museum of Contemporary Art of Salta in 2023 under the curatorship of Soledad Sánchez Goldar. He is currently studying Film Direction and continues to train in parallel in research and experimentation in the field of visual arts.
