Celeste Massin has a degree in Visual Arts and completed formal studies in Letters and Philosophy. She published poetic, narrative texts and about artists’ projects and exhibitions. She co-directed, with Laura Seniquel, the art, criticism and reflection magazine Desvío. She participated in workshops, seminars, workshops and postgraduate courses with theorists, artists, curators and critics of visual arts, cinema and communication. She held group and individual exhibitions in emerging spaces, halls, museums and public spaces. Her videos have been selected for competitions and exhibitions in different provinces of the country and in countries such as Venezuela, Chile, Morocco and Spain. Since 2007 she has been involved in management, creation and coordination of training, festivals and production activities for the I.C.CH.
She currently develops artistic practices in video, photography, objects, installation, writing and the hybrids that arise from these disciplines. She coordinates Siesta Taller, Peripheral Reflections in Artistic Practices and curates and accompanies artists from the region. She lives and works in Resistencia, Chaco.
