Fernandez Guadalupe

Buenos Aires, Argentina, 1971.
She studied at the National School of Fine Arts Manuel Belgrano, and also with the artist Liliana Maresca (1990-92) In the 90’s she began working in her studio and to exhibit in alternative spaces in Buenos Aires: the Parakultural center, Giesso space, Recoleta and Ricardo Rojas cultural center.
Since the year 2000 she has exhibited her work in galleries of Buenos Aires city. She has taught classes at the Ricardo Rojas Cultural Center and at the UNA National University of the Arts and at the Higher School of Fine Arts Ernesto de la Cárcova.
In 2017 she obtained the First Prize for Painting from the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic / 2008 National Scholarship in painting FNA/ 2007 Third Prize Bahía Blanca Biennial/ 2004 Subsidy from the B.A. Government of the City of Buenos Aires.
In 2021 she curated the exhibition “El Bulgaro” at the Fortabat Foundation.
