Facundo Suasnabar a.k.a. Faktor (Ushuaia, 1988) is a new media artist, composer and technology developer.
His work feeds on the tensions that arise from the relationships between the organic, the inorganic, speculative anthropology and science fiction.
In his production he explores the possibilities of sound, photography, video, digital sculpture, installation, drawing and painting.
Using technology as the main tool, he builds parasites that inhabit spaces, inhuman objects of worship, portals to other forms, that weave paths, connections and mutant dialogues, that imagine another time where the borders between the organic and the artificial blur.
He is founding member of the sound art collective AUTOBUZZ and curator of the net label STRLACrecords, a mutant collective of sound art, experimental music and other sonic adventures
