Celina Eceiza creates texle pieces, drawings, and sculptures that coexist and inhabit immersive installaons. These works combine laboriousness with clumsiness as a producve force, featuring contemplave images that reference the hidden and mythical while staying connected to everyday life. The pieces and spaces are conceived as quesons, inving viewers to contemplate the images and forms that incorporate mixed cultures and beliefs. Her artworks embrace, envelop, and transform the space, coexisng in an ecosystem where the public is a guest, not a spectator. These soft architectures appeal to a sensive connecon with objects and space and reconcile social, psychological, anthropological, and metaphysical points of view. The work invites viewers to use confusion, rest, leisure, and doubt as materials to produce sensaons and knowledge beyond the intellect.
