My work has long revolved around existentialist concerns and cosmological questions. I am interested in and inspired by new paradigms, scientific discoveries, existential approaches, finding ourselves in the depths and depths of immediate reality and its passage in event.
Within my Painting there are several recurring elements with a special symbolism, I use a lot of chance, the stain, as a representation of the unknown, what we do not know, uncontrolled elements combined with control, the known. Through the superposition of several layers of paint, control/chance/control, I create the image with the intention of evoking dimensional multiplicity, without defining the image in a paradoxical game of figuration and abstraction, I look for the characters to function as a trigger. , where the viewer connects and defines the visual image as a creative link, multiple faces observe the timeless, the three faces symbolize the past, present and future, everything is now, happening, a single reality, an instant.
In recent years the central idea of my work is related to visible light and life as we know it, this happens exclusively in a thin multicolor line within the electromagnetic spectrum, the rainbow. Inhabitants of the rainbow is a series of works where I take this scientific concept from a philosophical approach, we are the community, life happening in the rainbow, light.
