Manuel Ameztoy (La Plata, 1973).
He lives and works in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
He studied at the National School of Fine Arts “Prilidiano Pueyrredón” and at the National School of Plastic Arts “San Carlos” (Mexico City). His work is part of the collections of the Museum of Latin American Art (Los Angeles), the Museum of Modern Art (Buenos Aires) and the Museum of Contemporary Art (Rosario). He is also present in numerous private collections in Argentina (Alan Faena and Ximena Caminos, among others), Brazil, the United States and Europe. He was invited to present monographic stands at the Pinta (NY) and Miart (Milan) art fairs and to develop specific projects for Faena Arts Center, Museum of Latin American Art (Los Angeles) and ArteBA.
