Engineered from the premise of a collective, affective and queer work, Hipopoety is a project that encapsulates and amplifies the concerns and certainties of a new generation of artists. With physical headquarters in the City of Buenos Aires, Hipopoety seeks to provide space for the agency of young artists, specific communities, and also encourage generational exchange with different actors in the local arts scene.

In the same way that it seeks to promote the new voices of Argentine artists, the project is formulated as a place open to curatorial experimentation, integrating new perspectives from that field of artistic production, and reaffirming its interest in curatorial projects that extend further . beyond the traditional art exhibition.

Hipopoety is a gallery, a curatorial research space, but it is, above all things, the very power of doing from common desire, curiosity, and the initiative to create new forms of organization and collaboration within the economies of art.
