Máximo Pedraza was born in San Miguel de Tucumán in 1970.
At the age of 26, he started his studies at de University Arts of the National University of Tucumán.
At the end of 1998 he received an invitation from the Institute of Art and Art Theory of the University of Cologne, Germany.
In February 1999 he settled in Germany and began his path away from academic training.
He lived in Berlin, Germany from 2002 to 2005, the year in which he settled in Buenos Aires.
In 2010 he participated in the 2010-2011 Beca Kuitca Edition, Torcuato Di Tella University.
Over the years he exhibited in Buenos Aires, Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Madrid, Barcelona, Milan, Paris, Miami, Philadelphia, Bogotá, in Mexico City and in different Argentine cities.
In Buenos Aires, he exhibited individually or collectively at Daniel Abate Gallery, Belleza y Felicidad, Alberto Sendrós Gallery, Mite, Miau Miau, Zavaleta Lab, Zmud Gallery, at the Palais de Glace, at the Museum of Modern Art of Buenos Aires MAMBA and at the Rojas, Borges, Recoleta, Kirchner, San Martín, Haroldo Conti Cultural Centers and the Cultural Center of Spain (CCEBA).
