Zorraquin Rosario

[Born in 1984 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Rosario studied at the IUNA (Insituto Universitario Nacional de Arte). She participated in workshops with Pablo Siquier and Eduardo Navarro from 2008 to 2009 and she was a Beca Kuitca scholar at the Universidad Torcuato di Tella in 2010 and 2011. Rosario did art residencies at the Banff Center in Canada, at Residency Unlimited in New York, and at Faap in Brazil. In 2013, along with artist Luciana Lamothe, she intervened the dome of the Edicio Bencich, a historical building in downtown Buenos Aires in a project called Rampante. In 2014 she worked with Big Sur gallery to publish her project Glosario. Rosario has had exhibitions at Museo de Arte Moderno de Buenos Aires, Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes, SAAG (Southern Alberta Art Gallery) in Canada, PAF(Performing Arts Forum) and at La Frontiera in Paris.
