Lehmann Pablo

Lives and works in Buenos Aires. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts from UNA (2006) and professor at the Prilidiano Pueyrredón National School of Fine Arts (1997). Since 2000 he has worked as an adjunct professor at the National University of the Arts, in the subject Visual Language.
In 2008 he was awarded the Grand Prize at the National Textile Show, in 2007 he won the 2nd Prize at the National Show – Textile and the 3rd Prize at the National Bicentennial Show of Tucumán in 2016. Among his individual exhibitions, the following stand out: “E5P3R4S”, Aldo de Sousa galeria, Bs As (2018), “La Casa del Escriba ̈ at Art on Paper Fair, New York, 2017; “Atavíos” at the Aldo de Sousa Gallery, Buenos Aires, 2014; “The Scribe’s House” at Black Square Gallery, Miami, 2012; “The Writing of the Other” at Black Square Gallery, Miami, 2011; “Subject and word” with Julio Alan Lepez, Casa Ensamble, Bogotá Colombia 2010; “Beyond the warp” with Zina Katz, 1/1 Caka de Arte. Buenos Aires, 2008; “Subtraction writing” Matthei gallery, Santiago, Chile, 2007; “Text of less”, Federico Towphya – Contemporary Art, Buenos Aires, 2005.

He also participated in the Sharjah Calligraphy Biennial – Sharjah Art Museum in 2016 and 2022, and in Paper Biennial Rijswijk – Rijswijk Museum, Netherlands, in 2014 and in the following fairs: arteBA, ChaCo – Chile, Art on Paper – NY, ArtMiami, Pulse, Pinta, Parc, Swab, Art Chicago, ArtBo, Estampa among others.
