The Historical Archive of the National University of La Plata was created on September 13, 2013 and is located in the Presidency building. The documentary collection kept there is diverse and includes photographs on different media, files, institutional organization charts, resolutions, provisions, minutes of the Superior Council, personnel files, among others, in addition to private funds donated to the institution. Its mission is to “gather, organize, conserve and disseminate documentary collections of a historical and/or testimonial nature produced by the University through its different departments.
