I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1973. My mother baptized me with the name of a Roman noblewoman from the 3rd century who endured martyrdom with her singing, which is why she became the patron saint of music. I inherited a collection of art books and a magnifying glass from my grandfather. We were not very close and yet, his objects foreshadowed two of my favorite territories: art and research (as a procedure). The predestined link with sound became more present in recent years with the recurring visit of the ghost of the piano, an instrument that I suddenly abandoned after 10 years of practice. I trained in visual arts, initially in photography, and currently I explore different detours that give things the chance of a new existence. I develop – or rather compose – pieces that bring together visual elements with sound investigations. I live and work in Salta.
