Each month, the Moderno will stage the creations of great Argentinian artists, historical and contemporary; artists who embrace experimentation and radicalism in their pursuit of transformative expressions to confront the challenges of history and the now.<\/span><\/p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Art Is Theatre<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> will feature historical exhibitions recapturing the significance of key figures in Argentinian avant-garde theatre; artists who activated a groundbreaking, experimental, innovating art that galvanised the culture of the Sixties, Eighties and Nineties. These will be accompanied by monographic exhibitions of artists from a vast array of disciplines and generations, whose works cross the borderlines of the visual arts, live art, performance, music, theatre and actions in public spaces, and transgress the artistic categories of their day.<\/span><\/p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Art Is Theatre<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> bears witness to the daring spirit of contemporary art in Argentina. It showcases artists who use the body and the voice and time and space to carve out their place in the world, share their view of reality and imagine possible new futures. These are artists who emphasise the importance of a sensitive, diverse humanity at a time when the very notion is being interrogated. They affirm the urgency of a sincere, vital, disruptive art that allows us to imagine alternative horizons for our country and for all of humanity.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The exhibitions and the artistic, educational and social programmes of the 2025 <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Art Is Theatre<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Programme are the
